The Standard Residences by Rosso Development and Midtown Development is the first of its kind from the famous hotel brand, The Standard. Residents can expect spectacular skylines and bay views along with extravagant condo amenities.

The Standard Residences will be featuring designs from one of Miami’s most respected architectural firms, Arquitectonica.
The 12-storey boutique will be housing 228 condo dwellings accented by chic features and finishes.
Each unit will have custom finishes throughout, spacious floor plans, 9-ft ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight during the daytime.
The units will also have contemporary kitchen layouts with upmarket appliances, custom bathroom features, and private balconies in select residences.
Included in the project as well are 40,000 square feet of amenity spaces and 14,000 square feet of ground-level retail spaces.
Condo amenities include high-speed internet and WiFi throughout the condo building, pet stations with grooming spa, tropical-inspired resort-style rooftop deck with a 60-foot swimming pool, whirlpool spa, pool-side cabanas, and outdoor rainshowers.
Aside from this, the condo will also have rooftop restaurant and bar, spacious lounge with karaoke bar and gourmet kitchen, a sweat floor with a fully-equipped gym, yoga terrace, indoor yoga and meditation studio, and infrared saunas.
