This 12-story condo tower, developed by Rosso Development and Midtown Development, marks the debut of The Standard’s renowned brand into residential living. With 228 thoughtfully designed units, these residences bring modern design, breathtaking views, and luxurious amenities to one of Miami’s most sought-after locations.

The Standard Residences will be featuring designs from one of Miami’s most respected architectural firms, Arquitectonica.
The 12-storey boutique will be housing 228 condo dwellings accented by chic features and finishes.
Each unit will have custom finishes throughout, spacious floor plans, 9-ft ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight during the daytime.
The units will also have contemporary kitchen layouts with upmarket appliances, custom bathroom features, and private balconies in select residences.
Included in the project as well are 40,000 square feet of amenity spaces and 14,000 square feet of ground-level retail spaces.
