About Miami River
JDS Development Group and Chetrit Group will be reviving a 6.2-acre project along the Miami River.
This highly-anticipated grand project will be built in five phases at 401 SW 3 Avenue, which will include an exclusive enclave of condos, hotels, retail, and office spaces.
The proposed project includes four high-rise residential towers that will have 1,678 residential suites with varying layouts and upscale features and finishes.
Features and Amenities
The exclusive Miami River community will be built in multiple phases wherein the first phase of the development will include the construction of a 56-story building with 207 hotel rooms, 334 condos suites, and more than 40,000 square feet of retail spaces and parking spaces for the residents of this project.
The project also proposes to include shops, restaurants, and a public river walk with boat slips.
The next phase of the project will include a 52-story luxurious condo tower. The construction of the Miami River is expected to begin this year and is expected to be finished sometime in 2026.
Miami River Condos will be designed by architects from Kobi Karb Architecture and each condo suite will feature designs from renowned Roman and Williams Interior Designs. Residents can expect chic layouts with a modernistic approach that complements the Miami River community’s contemporary flair.
